Truedata is a well established, family run enterprise that specialises in meeting "Name and Address" processing needs for charities, especially those connected with the Christian faith community. Our client base also includes clubs, associations and societies in many different professional and amateur fields.

We recognised over 20 years ago that organisations in this sector have special needs with regard to managing names and address. Frequently the relationships between a charity and those individuals it communicates with do not fall into the usual business relationships of suppliers or customers. Thus much computer software and services designed to meet the needs of the corporate world are ill-suited to the needs of the charity sector.

Truedata therefore exists to provide services to organisations who need to manage their "Name and Address" data in ways they could not do efficiently simply by using "corporate" focussed software or services such as Business Contact Managers, CRM systems etc. However, creation of suitable software tools for this sector is only part of any solution and Truedata has therefore always focussed on the provision of a SERVICE to meet an organizations need.
